Bay Oaks Park Master Plan
After a long wait Bay Oaks Park is becoming a reality. A portion of the site originally slated for a housing redevelopment project will provide much needed public open space and preserve age old live oak trees.
Land Studio served as an extension of the City of Norfolk's Parks and Recreation department to provide conceptual alternatives, and development of the final master plan, renderings, and preliminary cost estimate. Various park amenities will include a fitness trail, playgrounds, space for special events, basketball park, and small parking areas.
