Virginia Beach Design Standards
Land Studio developmented a Parks System Design Manual for the City of Virginia Beach. The design manual covers a wide range of park elements and systems, from buildings to site furnishings, including specific elements, materials, and installation practices. The manual establishes a unique identity for the entire Virginia Beach park system, where individual park components relate to each other as well as to the city's park system as a whole.
