Colonial Beach Business District Revitalization

The Town of Colonial Beach adopted its 2009 Comprehensive Plan Update on Jan 14, 2010. 
 
Since then the town has been actively pursuing many of the implementation strategies identified in the plan.  In the fall of 2010, the town received a Downtown Revitalization Planning grant through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.  See the links to the right for a listing of project activities and other information.
